The service was absolutely first-class. Appreciated how the suite was arranged when we arrived. Its location just a short stroll away from Yamanashi Gem Museum was particularly good.

The room I was offered was reasonably spacious and brand-new with comfortable beds as well as beautiful views, loved it.

We had a big room with compact bathroom, that's big plus. The staff were courteous and polite and the location was incredible near the lake. A cool bonus was nearby Sunterrace, that offered tea and coffee.

The place was fairly clean and fancy, had understanding and kind staff in a pleasant and charming manner. The food in the restaurant was outstanding. The breakfast was delicious and good, the check in was early. Got wake up service free of charge, not bad too. Favourable location of the hotel to tourist place. Besides, it was close enough to the lake or Fuji-san, Tokyo itself and the Southern shore of Lake Kawaguchi.

The hotel offers fantastic value for money with its beautiful rooms that provide a magnificent view of Mount Fuji, including breakfast. I was amazed by the attention to detail and the basic amenities provided, such as the tatami mat floors and the private onsen. The location of this hotel, right on the lake, is absolutely perfect. The breathtaking views of the lake and surrounding autumn colors were simply mesmerizing.

Everything was more than satisfactory and exceeded my expectations.
